How to boil a Lollipop Girl...

To mark this year's Halloween festivities, why not boil yourself a Halloween Lollipop Girl? Follow REALBrighton's exclusive recipe for the perfect results:

Ingredients:

• 1 Lollipop Girl (the louder the better - see insert).
• 1 gaggle of gayboys and gals dressed in suitable Halloween costumes or very little.
• 2 cloves of garlic to combat all the Sugar-Free Xtra Gum
• 1 kick-ass sound system
• 1 funky laser and lights with a lighting operator
• 1 DJ who knows his stuff
• A large quantity of reasonably priced alcohol
• 1 Cauldron. If you can't find a suitable cauldron with sound and lights then the Revenge stage will do.

Directions:

1. Turn up your pumping sound system and switch on the lights. Allow your DJ to play some crowd-pleasing tunes for an hour or so to build the atmosphere.

2. Place your Lollipop Girl into the cauldron or, if you haven't got one then onto the stage area. Add your gaggle costumed gayboys and girls, but remove within ten seconds before they steal the show (the recipe calls for the limelight to be saved for the Lollipop Girl).

3. Turn your pumping sound system down from full blast. Get your Lollipop Girl to sing Reach for the Stars' 478 times (this won't be a problem). If you forgot to turn down your sound system then repair it. And use a soft cloth to wipe your bleeding ears.

4. Allow to simmer for about 10 years to soften the skin. Et voila! The perfectly boiled Lollipop Girl is ready to eat!

Note: Best served with a large pinch of salt.
