Lesbian Pop Idol Finals...
review I don't think Envy quite knew what had hit it! The place was absolutely stuffed with gorgeous girls on tiptoes trying to see their favourite karaoke diva performing at the Pop Idol finals.The show was very ably presented by Candy bar's Cat and Naj, and a panel of expert judges, all drawing heavily on their ciggies, commented on each act and had to make the final decision as to who would be crowned the karaoke queen! The panel consisted of actress and singer Heather Peace, music producer or X Factor and Americal Pop Idol Nigel Wright, local star of Big Brother Kitten, and the Drag Diva Manager of Envy, Joan Bond. Points were awarded on vocal talent, look & style, stage presence, audience reaction and star quality... Nic Harrison, performing 'If I Aint Got You' by Alicia Keys was the runner up and... drum roll please... Lynsey Parkins singing DJ Sammy's Heaven was the Grand Final winner. Congratulations to all involved! The event was supported by STA Travel, who will fly the winner to New York for a holiday, and the runner up to Paris!
