If you thought your New Years Eve was manic, then try being a reporter for REALBrighton! Our team of dedicated drunks... er... reporters squeezed their way into every party they could find to bring you photos of the big event.

If you saw them out and did anything but buy them a drink then shame on you! And if you were one of the people that did buy them a drink then shame on you, too - they were working!

REALBrighton wishes everyone a splendid 2005 and hopes that the following pages of photographs bring back some happy or lost memories of your big night on the town.

NYE Amsterdam

The Amsterdam is rather cosy at this time of year with everyone huddled together around the tables enjoying a good old New Year natter, whilst the more adventurous folks were boogying around the bar. Loads of fun as always...

With the upstairs bar open for the fireworks, Kruze is bigger than some Brighton clubs, so there was more elbow-room for a party tonight. Somewhat quieter and more relaxed than the mayhem of other bars...

Bulldog. We got there early and there still wasn't even the tiniest space for us to squish into - the door was one-in one-out before half nine! These guys obviously know how to throw a party and everyone knows it!

The Harlequin was in full swing by the time we staggered in. Before long one of us was lost on the dance floor (it wasn't me honest!) while the rest of us took to bopping from the comfort of a seat option.

Storm was a welcome break form the camp, being the MENS club in town. Funky tunes, a remarkably relaxed atmosphere and an extra up for it crowd (as you can see form the photos!)
