Born with the stage-midwifery skills of Edna and Stefan, tonight's show was a full homage to the sequinned world of the Musical. With extracts from Moulin Rouge, Rocky Horror, The Wizard of Oz, Gentleman Prefer Blondes, Cabaret and even 101 Dalmations, the night was, quite clearly, the result of an enormous amount of hard work. From staging and set, lighting, visuals and sound to the incredible array of costumes, wigs, shoes/boots and makeup - everything was so well done - it had me in tears - laughter and, at one point, when the Master of Ceremonies cried to Over The Rainbow, of pure emotion.

The whole cast was made up of Fountain regulars and it was an extraordinary display of talent and community. The audience was completely mixed, but all sang 'Gay Sera Sera' with much gusto.

Congratulations on such a fabulous evening!
